Job Description
Synergy ECP is a cybersecurity and software engineering company focused on innovation and delivering critical capabilities to defense and intelligence communities. They are seeking a Usability/Human Factors Engineer 2 to develop and sustain integration and modernization tools for visualization and presentation in a complex application. The role involves user research, design, testing, and collaboration with developers and system engineers.
Requirements
- At least ten (10) years’ experience in this or related field
- At least five (5) years user-experience design and testing experience
- Direct, conduct usability testing
- Design and developing user surveys
