As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical direction for complex systems and developing business logic and process flows in a BPM-based system.

Requirements

• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems
• Make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts
• Develop and maintain Appian Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, including plug-in development
• Develop Structured Query Language (SQL), update data models and implement common database best practices (indexes, triggers, and data structure)
• Unit testing, technical problem determination and debugging
• Manage daily work in the Atlassian suite of applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo)
• Coordinate with DevOps team members to ensure timely and reliable release to customers
• Ensure software maintains data integrity, security and best practice standards
• Mentor junior BPM developers to improve capabilities of the team
