Sr. Analyst, Cloud Operations

Syniti is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Cloud Operations to join their team. The role involves overseeing the administration, optimization, and scaling of virtual servers, containers, and cloud infrastructure. The individual will be responsible for handling incidents and requests, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in job specific skills
• 4+ years working in ITIL aligned service delivery organizations
• 4+ years of Infrastructure support experience
• 4+ year of experience in Windows and Linux server administration in AWS
• 4+ years of supporting containers, Kubernetes in AWS
• 2+ years of Network support
• 2+ year of experience in a role such as service desk interfacing directly with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service orientation and strong customer communication skills
• Diverse background in understanding many facets of IT operations
• Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, dynamic business and cloud operations environment
• Strong troubleshooting & issue isolation capabilities
• Ability to work on a team and collaborate on issues as needed
