We are seeking an experienced process operations specialist to define, implement, and control Product Operational overall processes, including Service Management and Project Management. You will charter and evaluate existing processes to identify and implement improvements, and align and define interfaces with different engineering groups and entities.
Requirements
- MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related fields.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management (or related areas).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to craft actionable messaging to peers and drive process improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing PPM Portfolio and Project Management tools (e.g., Clarity).
- Demonstrable experience in formal Continuous Improvement frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and Formal Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)
