Requirements
- University graduate or above
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing at a manufacturing company
- Practical experience using ERP systems
- Japanese and English (business level for both)
- Project management skills
- Facilitation skills
- Part family management experience in a global company
- Functional leader experience within a matrix organization
- Negotiation skills and knowledge of advanced purchasing methods
- Legal knowledge (purchase contracts)
- Knowledge of product cost calculations
- Technical knowledge (materials, production processes)
- Engineering degree
