Requirements

• Completed university degree (Diplom/Master) with a Ph.D. in natural sciences
• Multiple years of experience in a responsible position in the GMP-regulated industry
• Experience in qualification/validation or ATMP-GMP process development
• Auditor qualification (asset)
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Negotiation skills and leadership qualities
