We are a leading global provider of processing and packaging technology seeking a Technical Customer Support role in Bangkok, Thailand. The role involves interacting with colleagues from various countries, supporting spare part business, and designing machine modernization projects.
Requirements
- Part identification to support Spare part business for Legacy equipment
- Support on Part clarification with COCs / ESCs
- Support on PLC software programming for Legacy equipment
- Design of machine Modernization and upgrading projects (CAD, BOMs, Components research etc.) based on Market requirement for Legacy equipment
- Prepare Modernization quotations to support Area Sales Manager Modernization business
- Maintain documentation (modernization BOMs, installed machine BOMs, user manuals, internal technical document etc.)
- Define economical recommendation / alternative solution for obsolete parts.
- Customer visits are sometimes required to assist Area Sales Managers in negotiation with customers and present solutions.
