Synthesia is seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst to join their Deal Strategy team and shape compensation strategies for talent. The role involves optimizing commission processes, designing compensation frameworks, building scalable systems, and influencing the future of employee rewards. This position requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with various internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Everstage or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Deep understanding of fixed and variable pay structures in SaaS
- Ability to build trusted relationships across GTM, Finance, HR, and leadership
- Precision and discretion in handling sensitive data
