Solutions Architect

Synthesia is a video-first company that simplifies the video production process using AI. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to help build and define this function at Synthesia, working across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design solutions that unlock value at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment
• Strong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to engage technical and executive teams
• A commercial mindset — understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion
• Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models
• Curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality — with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
