Senior Staff ASIC Design Engineer, Neural Processor

Syntiant Corp. is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Staff ASIC Design Engineer to join their growing team. This role will focus on the complete digital ASIC design flow, from specification and modeling to synthesis and silicon bringing up. The engineer will contribute to the R&D team and support complex failures analysis to improve ramp-up and production.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience developing low-power signal processing IPs.
• Hands-on experience with SystemC HLS and RTL implementation.
• Knowledge of NPUs architecture and ML network architecture.
• Good knowledge of PPA (Power/Performance/Area) tradeoffs.
• Programming languages (Python, C/C++, or Perl) skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.).
