Senior Quality Specialist

Senior Quality Specialist responsible for ensuring products meet certain thresholds of acceptability, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. Requires meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and understanding of manufacturing processes and Quality standards.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards for electronic products.
• Conduct rigorous tests and inspections on products and components to ensure they meet quality specifications and compliance standards.
• Investigate and determine the root causes of defects or failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality standards, test results, inspection processes, Nonconforming materials and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, and engineering teams to develop and refine product specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Liaise with customers to understand their quality requirements and feedback, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensure all products meet industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, RoHS, and IPC standards.
