Business Analysts

The Business Analyst will facilitate User Requirement Workshops, compile specifications, and take total accountability for the accuracy of documentation. The successful candidate will have a relevant 3 or 4 year B degree, at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Facilitate User Requirement Workshops
• Compile User Requirement Specifications, Functional Requirements Specifications, System Integration Specifications, and Uses Cases
• Take total accountability for the accuracy of documentation
• Have a relevant 3 or 4 year B degree
• Have at least 2 years of experience in business analysis for large SDLC projects
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have the ability to document user requirements in a logical and non-technical manner
• Have a questioning mind and the ability to process and analyze large quantities of information
• Have the ability to break processes down into its simplest form using Business Process Modelling Methodology (i.e. IDEF)
• Have well-developed interpersonal and motivational skills
• Be a team leader and contribute to the team's success
