Government of Ontario is seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis. The role involves developing and documenting process workflows, use cases, and business rules, as well as creating application screen mock-ups and wireframes.

Requirements

• Develop and document process workflows diagram refinement and workflow narrations
• Develop and document use cases (business / system)
• Identify and document business rules
• Develop application screen mock-ups and screen flows
• Translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype
• Develop and document Application field level definitions
• Develop and document application view visibility and CRUD (create, read, update, delete) matrix
• Document business requirements and functional design specification
• Develop traceability functional matrix
• Develop/participate in documenting test strategies, test plan and test scenarios to facilitate user acceptance testing
• Develop and document traceability (matrix) assurance [the link between requirements, technical design, code and system configuration]
