Job Description
SCT resources is looking for a Junior Project Manager to provide core skills and expertise necessary to plan and coordinate activities for two fast-track operational projects.
Requirements
- Experience in ‘agile’/fast-track operational projects with a depth of understanding in both business and technical analysis.
- Experience with healthcare-related project management
- Experience in vendor relationship management;
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and customer service skills;
- Well-developed documentation skills;
- Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal and team relationships;
- An independent thinker, with initiative and energy to take on challenges with minimal direction;
- A track record of working collaboratively with other IT professionals and with clients in developing pragmatic solutions that balance stakeholder needs, enterprise and operations needs;
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience;
- PMP Designation
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
