Responsibilities include end-to-end service engagement, project management, client meetings, and training.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an external customer focussed implementation role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Experience in arranging & scheduling appointments, reporting / updating on status of implementations
• Experience in process management & application consulting
• Experience / confidence in training one-on-one and larger groups
