Unix / .Net Developer

We are seeking a Unix /.Net Developer with expertise in Unix systems administration, Windows Server administration, programming frameworks, and database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong business skills and be able to adapt and learn quickly.

Requirements

• Proficient with Unix systems (AIX) administration: Unix commands, bash shell scripting, SSH configuration, Cronjobs, NFS etc...
• Proficient with Unix based database systems
• Proficient with Windows Server 2003/2008 administration: user profiles, AD, server policies, DNS, powershell etc..
• Knowledge of programming frameworks such as.Net, VBScripting, VBA
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cyberquery
• SQL Server
• Progress
• Able to write or interpret business requirements and liaise with business users as required to implement solutions
• Able to provide support for customers as required
• The ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail, follow up and change management
• Ability to work cross functionally
