Job Description
System1 is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for senior and specialized roles. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview planning, offer negotiation, onboarding, and employee relations. It requires a skilled professional passionate about finding and hiring top talent and will work in the System1 Headquarters Office located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.
Requirements
- Lead the entire recruitment process for critical and senior-level roles.
- Facilitate a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and processing HR-related changes.
