Solution Architect Defence

As a Solution Architect at Systematic, you will advise European customers from the armed forces and the defense industry on complex solutions and the fulfillment of requirements from the adoption of the current state to the implementation of different technologies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering, etc.
• Deep experience in software infrastructure and hardware integration (protocols and interfaces (REST, SOAP, APIs))
• Experience in software architecture, design patterns and frameworks (iSAQB, TOGAF, NATO Architecture Framework, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and in technologies such as Java, Angular, C# or.NET
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows (AD, PowerShell, etc.), Linux or mobile operating systems
• Practical experience in software testing (Java, test setup, test cases, acceptance tests)
• Knowledge of software engineering and data modeling (UML, ERM, DFD)
• Knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM, administration and operation of military command and control systems, tactical radios and radio networks is of advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel
