Requirements
- Administer and maintain chat, email, and VOIP & Call Manager systems
- Configure and troubleshoot file transfer solutions
- Support integration and modernization of collaboration platforms across enclaves
- Partner with other Agile teams to implement Zero Trust controls
- Deliver technical documentation and fleet training on collaboration services
- Assist in the design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of unified communications and network systems
- Monitor system performance, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and resolve faults or bottlenecks
- Participate in system integration and testing efforts, documenting test plans, results, and corrective actions
- Support configuration management of system hardware, firmware, and software, including patching and upgrades
- Work with telecommunications vendors and internal stakeholders to plan capacity upgrades or new service rollouts
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and escalation for communications and infrastructure issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and operational requirements
