Job Description
SYTECH is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. This full-time, on-site contract role involves hands-on support to colleagues, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and contributing to IT projects. The role is key to supporting the team's operations and future-proofing their IT services.
Requirements
- Experience supporting and managing IT systems in a professional setting
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy
- Hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V)
- VOIP phone systems
- SQL databases and Linux systems
- SIEM solutions and antivirus administration
- Full UK driving licence
