Internship F/M - HR Communication & Quality of Life and Working Conditions Officer

Technip Energies is seeking an intern to join their Human Resources team as a Quality of Life and Working Conditions Officer. The intern will contribute to the development of initiatives within the company's focus on preventing psychosocial risks (PSR) and improving work conditions, analyzing QWL issues, and participating in monitoring. This is a 6-month internship opportunity focused on teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• Preparing a Master's degree specializing in Quality of Life at Work/Work Psychology/General HR with a specialization in QWL
• Fluent in both French & English
• Active listener with ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt behavior
• Proactive with feedback and process implementation
