Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in mass consumption, technology, or startups.
• Deep knowledge of paid media, conversion funnels, digital campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Experience leading product or brand launches, from go-to-market to retention strategies.
• Integral business vision: understanding of P&L, pricing, commercial strategy, and budget management.
• Hands-on profile, with strategic mindset and agile execution, without corporate ego.
• Experience with both B2C and B2B campaigns.
• Ability to work with speed, focus, and high level of accountability.
