We are looking for a Recruiter for the important company Recruitech. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, create and publish job ads, conduct interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.

Requirements

• Manage the entire recruitment process from search and selection to talent incorporation in the company.
• Create and publish job ads on different platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for vacant positions.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates and ensure a positive experience in the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective job profiles.
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and practices to continuously improve our processes.
