Strategic Finance Lead

Requirements

• Building the company's comprehensive financial vision
• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes
• Managing complete analysis of P&L, cash flow, unit economics, profitability by vertical, and what-if scenarios
• Designing advanced financial models to evaluate new opportunities, pricing, and sustainable growth
• Preparing high-level executive materials for the board, investors, and C-level team
• Participating in due diligence, M&A, and strategic evaluations for expansion or new business units
• Overseeing the Analyst on the team and ensuring precision, speed, and clarity in all financial processes
• Working transversally with Operations, Sales, Product, and portfolio leaders to connect financial insights with strategic actions
