Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent selection, ideally in strategic or high-impact positions
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, networks, and headhunting techniques
• Experience in sourcing through tools like LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for the education sector
• Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously
• Experience in evaluating candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
