Tabs is hiring an Engagement Manager to own customer onboarding and lead implementations from signed contract through full go-live, shaping the processes and best practices that define how customers adopt Tabs.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or consulting at an early-stage startup, fast-growth SaaS company, or top consulting firm.
- Strong technical aptitude: able to assess customer systems and design solutions leveraging Tabs.
- Proven ability to drive execution in environments where solutions may be imperfect and require creativity.
