Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead Accounting who combines hands-on accounting expertise with strong ownership and enjoys actively shaping the future of accounting processes. The successful candidate will lead the Accounting department, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and drive continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Requirements
- A completed commercial education or a business-related Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e. g. HGB, UGB) and VAT regulations
- NetSuite (Oracle) knowledge and first leadership experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
