Requirements

• Solve manufacturing bottlenecks and implement creative solutions
• Design and build custom machinery, jigs, and automation systems
• Automate and optimize production processes using PLCs, Arduino, and other electronics
• Prototype and test new products using 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting
• Maintain and modify equipment, including CNCs, laser cutters, and custom-built machines
• Source and research solutions, including new technologies and manufacturing methods
