Job Description
Taiho Oncology is looking for an Associate Director, Medical Scientist to support the development and execution of Medical Affairs strategies to advance Taiho Oncology's products in US and international markets. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, supporting research and real-world evidence generation, and collaborating with commercial and R&D teams to address unmet medical needs and reinforce patient-focused medical activities.
Requirements
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent
- 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong sense of accountability, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proven track record of developing internal relationships and working effectively with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated ability in driving results to a positive outcome
- Ability to engage in positive dialogues, influence outcomes and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
