Job Description
Tailscale is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy professional to scale a high-growth startup. The role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Product, and Engineering to seed and structure growth, proactively addressing challenges, and optimizing processes. This is a fully remote, asynchronous role focused on anticipatory thinking and adaptability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business or Strategy Operations at a high-growth tech company, consulting, venture capital, etc.
- Excellent business and technical acumen and analytical skills
- Strong situational adaptability in both written and verbal communication
- Strong partnership skills within the Operations organization and with cross-functional teams
- Highly analytical and comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, basic modeling, and presentation making
