Job Description
Ten Tire & Service is seeking energetic and team-oriented Mobile Tire Service Technicians for their growing Mobile Tire Service Team. The position involves customer service, tire repair and replacement, tire balancing, truck tire maintenance, and working with heavy equipment. This is a demanding position requiring a proactive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.
Requirements
- Mounting, balancing, rotating, inflating, checking air pressure, calibrating TPMS, and repairing light trucks, large trucks, agriculture, ATV, golf, and industrial tires on the roadside, inside the shop, or at a customer site.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ownership of tire removal and replacement.
- Load and unload stock and assist with physical inventory.
- Administer Fleet Checks and safely maintain tires of fleet vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized shop atmosphere.
- Treat customers fairly and honestly.
