Job Description
Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Technician to design, implement, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role involves leveraging ServiceNow’s features to create accurate and actionable data insights. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow and be proficient in ITSM modules and scripting. The position focuses on establishing a system for data integrity within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Security
- 6+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experience
- Demonstrated ability in leading technical discussions
- Experience in enterprise asset management, infrastructure support, or engineering
