Lead Solutions Engineer

Taktile is transforming how financial institutions leverage AI for critical decisions. We're growing rapidly with enterprise customers across financial services, and we're looking for a Lead Solution Engineer to join our pre-sales team and help demonstrate the power of AI-driven decision-making to the world's leading financial institutions.

Requirements

• Excel at navigating complex Enterprise organizations with stakeholders across different levels of seniority
• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code
• Be curious and customer-centric with a willingness to learn about our customers’ and prospects’ businesses and help them solve challenges
• Be able to plan and manage the technical scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations
• Excel at managing multiple high-stakes prospects simultaneously while partnering with Sales to drive deals to close
• Be humble and have a growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and methodologies and bring best practices into our business
• Be collaborative and work well with peers in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering and the Customer Success team
• Have a proven track record of supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals
• Understand that winning an enterprise deal requires more than just good code—it requires strategic positioning, deep discovery, and the ability to handle complex technical objections
