Job Description
Taktile is a high-growth, post-product-market-fit start-up building a leading automated decisioning platform. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering Manager to oversee a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, ensuring they gain value from Taktile's platform and that their work directly contributes to the company's success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tech and AI, possessing experience with Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
- First experience of leading a technical customer-facing team of 3x direct reports
- Strong technical background, preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Creative and proactive approach
- Excellent written and spoken English
