Consultant Product Owner IA Senior - H/F - CDI

We are looking for a Senior Consultant Product Owner AI with over 5 years of experience in managing products and AI projects.

Requirements

• Define the AI product vision, objectives, and performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company or client strategy.
• Set up AI use cases with business departments: identification, qualification, and prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Analyze, challenge, and improve business processes by integrating AI and automation solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements that are understandable to AI teams.
• Build an AI roadmap by arbitrating between business value, deadlines, and implementation costs.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and MLOps teams to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the product roadmap.
• Prioritize the AI/data backlog, arbitrate between innovation, technical debt, and business needs.
• Lead agile rituals (sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives) and ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure the ethical, regulatory, and technical compliance of AI products (GDPR, explainability, responsible AI).
• Accompany business departments in understanding and adopting AI solutions through demonstrations, training, or communication supports.
• Pilot the implementation to oversee the realization of automation projects and make them perennial.
• Participate in technological watch and propose innovations on new AI approaches (LLM, RAG, NLP, Generative AI, optimization, etc.).
• Contribute to the pre-sales phase by identifying AI opportunities and helping to design offers and technical proposals.
