Requirements

• 2+ cycles of campaign field experience
• Experience managing organizers or large volunteer teams
• Demonstrated success in meeting voter contact or organizing goals
• Strong knowledge of VAN/MiniVAN and voter contact tools
• Excellent people skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Deep commitment to building diverse and empowering spaces
• Willingness to work long hours and travel extensively
