O&M Proposal Engineer | Gas Dist. Project Engineer | Proposal Specialist Dubai

The ideal candidate will have expertise in gas design engineering, with a focus on gas distribution and prior experience working in the UAE. Responsibilities include developing and managing proposals for O&M projects in gas distribution, collaborating with engineering and sales teams, and conducting cost analysis and feasibility studies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in the UAE gas distribution sector, with hands-on experience in gas design engineering for LPG, CNG, or NG projects.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess costs, risks, and project feasibility for O&M proposals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, with experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications for gas distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
