Requirements

• Powder coating or industrial painting experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of surface preparation, coating thickness, and curing processes
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistent finishes
• Competent with power tools and good physical fitness, lifting up to 35kg
• Reliable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
