Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney

A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its leading M&A Group. The role involves conducting due diligence, negotiating transactions, and providing regulatory compliance and corporate governance counsel. This is a unique opportunity within a nationally recognized practice firm.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas or California
• 3–6 years of relevant M&A and transactional experience at an Am Law 100–200 firm
• Strong background in public company M&A transactions and securities law
• Experience with clients in the Technology and/or Life Sciences sectors is a plus
