Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney

Our client, a global Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate (3–6 years) to join its leading M&A Group. The role involves conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing advice on regulatory compliance. This is a unique opportunity to work on headlines-grabbing M&A transactions within the firm’s nationally recognized practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas, or California
• 3–6 years of relevant M&A and transactional experience at an Am Law 100–200 firm
• Strong background in public company M&A transactions and securities law
• Experience with clients in the Technology and/or Life Sciences sectors is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Currently an Associate at an Am Law 100–200 firm
• Law school graduation: Class years 2019–2022
