Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 5–6 years PQE to join our busy Employment team in Leeds, managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Requirements
- 5–6 years PQE in Employment Law
- Strong experience managing a caseload from inception through to resolution
- Proven knowledge of key employment law areas
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and client care skills
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Confident in using IT systems and case management software
