Job Description
We are seeking an experienced litigator to launch and lead a new department focusing on Business Energy mis-selling and mortgage commission mis-selling litigation.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 3 - 5 years post-qualified experience in civil/commercial litigation.
- Strong background in financial mis-selling or consumer credit litigation
- Proven success in litigating complex or high-volume claims
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify high-impact legal strategies and outcomes
