Corporate Finance Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities, manage financial targets, and collaborate with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Over 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience
• Experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered
• Vast network within capital market
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to build cross discipline relationships
• High level of ethics and integrity
