Engineering Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and manage a team of software engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
