Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead and manage our finance department and develop financial strategies to support our growth and expansion plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience with strong track record as leader role within the fintech or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Experience in managing and developing finance teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
