Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates using job boards and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Familiarity with Google Drive, ClickUp, and general productivity tools
- Comfortable conducting initial interviews and reference checks
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles and backgrounds
