Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and supervise our sales team, develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, and ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs and Account Executives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Establish and maintain a rigorous pipeline management process
- Act as a closer for high-value or strategic deals
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams
