Job Description
We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who is both tech-savvy and great with customers! In this role, you’ll help new customers get started, ensure they have a smooth experience, and support them in using our product successfully.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Must-have.
- Familiarity with Linux.
- Experience with cloud technologies (a plus).
- Customer-Facing Experience: Must have experience working directly with customers.
- Great Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English is a must.
