Job Description
We are currently assisting our client, a prestigious retail luxury products company, in the search for a highly motivated Junior Merchandiser to join their growing team. As a Junior Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the companys products are represented at the highest standard in stores, while driving sales performance through impactful merchandising strategies and market insights.
Requirements
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns to ensure optimal product display and brand positioning.
- Manage inventory efficiently, including restocking, stock rotation, and coordinating credits for damaged or unused promotional items.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships by addressing inquiries, handling special requests, and supporting training needs.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to enhance promotions through creative merchandising strategies, end-cap displays, and unique promotional concepts.
- Execute and oversee store merchandising activities, including setup and dismantling of fixtures, stock management, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
