Recruitment Consultant Intern

Talent Search Recruitment is an executive search firm that focuses on providing top-tier recruitment services. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Min. 6th semester university student majoring in Psychology, Business Management, Communication, Engineering, or any related field from top universities in Indonesia.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-6 months internship.
• Familiar with drafting agreements and handling administrative tasks.
